Strengthening Security Ties: Morocco’s Top Security Official Visits Turkey for International Summit
Abdellatif Hammouchi, Director General of Morocco’s National Security and Territorial Surveillance, recently concluded a working visit to Turkey, further solidifying the strong security cooperation between the two nations. The visit, taking place from September 19th to 21st, coincided with the International Security and Defense Industry Fair (IGEF24) held in Ankara.
During his visit, Mr. Hammouchi engaged in high-level discussions with key figures in the Turkish security apparatus. He met with Mr. Munir Karaloğlu, Deputy Minister of Interior, and Mr. Salami Yildiz, Director General of Intelligence. These meetings provided a platform to delve into shared security concerns, review existing collaborative efforts, and explore avenues to elevate bilateral cooperation in the face of evolving global threats.
