Morocco Welcomes New Higher Education Minister Amidst Sector Challenges

Dr. El Midaoui brings a wealth of experience to this critical role. He served as President of Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra from 2014 to 2022, a period marked by significant advancements. Beyond his accomplishments at Ibn Tofail University, Dr. El Midaoui has held several influential positions. He has served as President of the Conference of University Presidents since 2015 and has been a member of both the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and the Higher Council of Education and Scientific Research since 2014.
