Morocco Braces for a Wednesday Wash: Rain Returns to Several Regions
Get ready for a change in the weather, Morocco! The country’s meteorological agency, Direction Générale de la Météorologie (DMN), predicts a Wednesday sprinkled with showers across several regions.
As the day progresses, light and scattered showers are expected to grace the regions of Boujdour, Loukkos, West Rif, and Gharb. These showers are expected to continue into the late evening, offering a welcome respite from drier conditions.
But the rain doesn’t stop there! The plains north of El Jadida, North Saiss, and the Mediterranean coast can expect some scattered droplets as they welcome the night.
Meanwhile, the central and northwestern coasts of the Saharan regions will see relatively dense low clouds bringing with them a chance of very light rain. Coastal areas along the Atlantic can expect some foggy patches, while Tangier, the Atlas Mountains, and the northern reaches of the southern regions might experience relatively strong winds.
