Get ready for a change in the weather,⁣ Morocco! The country’s meteorological agency,⁣ Direction Générale de la Météorologie (DMN), predicts a Wednesday sprinkled with showers across several regions.​

As the day progresses, light ‌and scattered showers are expected to grace the regions of Boujdour, Loukkos, West Rif, and Gharb. These showers are expected to ​continue into ‍the late evening, offering a welcome respite from drier conditions.

Temperatures across Morocco will be⁤ as diverse as ​its⁤ landscapes. The High and Middle Atlas Mountains will experience ‍the coolest temperatures, ranging⁤ between ⁤5-9°C (41-48°F). The Rif region ‍and the ‍eastern High Plateaus will ⁤see slightly warmer temperatures between 9-13°C (48-55°F).

Meanwhile, the southernmost regions will​ bask in the warmest temperatures, ‌reaching ⁢a balmy 20-22°C (68-72°F). The rest of the country will experience moderate temperatures between 14-19°C (57-66°F).

While central Morocco will see a slight dip in temperatures, the rest⁢ of the country can expect the mercury to ⁣rise.

Seafarers Take Note:⁤ Choppy Waters‍ Ahead

The ​Mediterranean Sea and⁤ other coastal areas will experience ‌rough seas,​ with waves ranging​ from slightly choppy​ to ⁢rough. The Strait of Gibraltar ⁤will see rougher ⁢conditions, escalating to very rough‍ in the ​evening. Similarly,‌ the waters‍ between Cape Spartel and⁣ Tarfaya will be rough, becoming very rough in the afternoon.
