واعتبر العلمي الإدريسي أن هذا تمّ “وفق خارطة طريق واضحة المعالم، وإستراتيجيات محددة الأهداف والآليات لمختلف المشاريع المتعلقة بتطوير البنية التحتية، بما ⁢فيها أساسًا شبكة الطرق ​والموانئ والسكك الحديدية ​والمحطات اللوجيستية والمطارات والمنشآت الفنية، ⁢وغيرها من التجهيزات الأساسية، إلى جانب البنيات ⁤التحتية‍ لفك العزلة بين العالمين الحضري والقروي”.

 

بالنسبة ‌للمتحدث ذاته فإن ما⁤ سمّاه “تطورا” “شمل ⁣جميع الأوراش الهيكلية،⁤ بما فيها المشاريع الطرقية الإستراتيجية، خاصة منها الطرق ‌السيارة والطرق المزدوجة، التي يتوفر المغرب على رصيد مهم منها، ⁣من شأنه أن يساهم في تعزيز المشاريع والأوراش الإستراتيجية التنموية، كما هو الحال بالنسبة للطريق السريع تيزنيت-الداخلة، ⁤كنموذج رائد في هذا المجال”.
