Sunny Skies Across Morocco

Morocco Bathes in Sunshine ⁢with a⁤ Touch of Coastal Fog

Get ready for‍ a beautiful day across⁣ Morocco! The country is set to bask in sunshine,⁢ with clear skies⁤ gracing most regions. However, those along ‍the central coast and Mediterranean facade might wake up to a bit of morning mist.

Don’t ⁣be surprised to encounter some low clouds and patches of fog in the early hours and later at night. These will primarily hug the plains, northern and central coasts, the northern reaches ‍of the eastern‍ region, and‍ the northwestern parts of the southern provinces.

While the southern⁢ provinces might⁤ experience some local gusts of sandy winds, the central and southern coasts can expect slightly stronger breezes.

Temperature-wise, expect a‍ comfortable‌ range throughout the day. The mercury will‍ dip to a cool ‍3-8 degrees Celsius (37-46 degrees Fahrenheit) in the higher elevations of the High and Middle ‌Atlas Mountains, the Rif ‌region, and the eastern High Plateaus. Meanwhile, the southernmost and southeastern regions will⁣ enjoy milder lows ‌of 20-24 degrees Celsius (68-75 degrees Fahrenheit). Coastal areas will ⁤hover around 14-16 degrees Celsius‍ (57-61 degrees Fahrenheit), while the‌ rest of the country settles between⁤ a pleasant ‍15-19 degrees Celsius (59-66 degrees Fahrenheit).⁤ As the day progresses, expect‍ temperatures to climb, offering ideal conditions for outdoor activities.

Seafarers, take note! The Mediterranean facade and ‌the ⁣Strait⁢ of Gibraltar ‌will see calm to slightly choppy waters. Between Tangier and Mehdia, expect slightly choppy to rough seas, while‍ the southern waters will be rough. As evening approaches, the⁤ stretch⁤ between Tan-Tan and‍ Laayoune might experience locally choppy to rough conditions.

Morocco is in for another stunning day. Whether you’re planning a⁣ mountain hike, a coastal stroll, or a relaxing day exploring the cities, the weather promises⁢ to cooperate.
